Northeast represented a group of buyers in the potential group purchase of the 44 unit condominium building. The property was auctioned off in entirety approx. 80% finished. Northeast worked with client to provide detail analysis of cost to complete structure, current worth vs. finished sale analysis. The group did not buy the asset as the bank bought property back at auction and sold each unit off individually. We look forward to working with this and other groups in the future.
