- Real Estate Moving Concierge -
Movers, Organizers & Storage: Booking/Coordination of movers and/or storage units needed for your move. We arrange for everything from loading dock reservations and insurance documentation often required by building management offices, to packing supplies and shipments for belongings you may wish to store. Our professional maid crews will even clean, organize and unpack your belongings so you won’t need to lift a finger.
Handymen Repairs, Assemblies & Installations: Access to and coordination of all services needing to be performed by top-notch sub-contractors either in your old or new place of residence.
Moving out: Removal of wall fixtures (TVs, artwork, etc.) and patching/re-painting of walls. Overall returning your old apartment to its original condition prior to you moving in.
Moving in: Hanging of fixtures (TVs, artwork, etc.) and furniture assembly. Painting and/or any other finishing touches you’d like to make to your new home.
Personal Assistance: Our staff is on-hand to accompany, or even solely meet your movers on moving day(s), accept deliveries, let in painters or cleaning crews and generally oversee and direct the entire production to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Set Up & Transfer of Accounts: Inevitably with every move comes a period of transition where existing accounts from previous addresses need to be transferred, and new ones set up. A list of examples of how we can help to lighten your workload:
Comcast TV, Internet & Phone (e.g. relocating/returning/issuing hardware; coordinating installations; transferring account information to your new address; bill pay)

Furnishings: Whether you’re starting from scratch or building an environment from a few existing pieces, we’re here to help you find the right things to make your new place feel like home. This package includes in-person/on-location consultations, custom measurements, and any and all furniture and/or drapery selections.
Painting: Our in-house design guru will help you pick the perfect color palette, paints and custom finishes for every room in your new place. This package includes in-person/on-location consultations and reviews of color sample books as well as the coordination of painters to get the job done just the way you want it.
Bedding & Bath: Comfort is key. Let us help you pick out the things you need that will also add style to your living space. For either standard or custom selections, we’re happy to assist you in shopping for bedding, towels and all of your essential bath accessories.
Kitchen: We’ve worked with beginners, and we’ve worked with chefs – now we’d like to work with you to find the right tools that equip your ideal kitchen. From pots to pans to glass and silverware, from knife sets and containers to hand towels and runners, there’s nothing on your to-do list that we can’t handle.
Per Room: Have something specific in mind for a room in your place that might be missing? Maybe some accents or accessories to fill those empty shelf spaces? Wall art or window treatments? We’re here to help you fill in all the blanks.
Get Stocked Up: During your move-in period, we’re able to extend our services to help cover any odds and ends that you might need taken care of to get your new place stocked up with all that you love and need. Grocery shopping, convenience store runs, even helping you to prepare the best housewarming party your friends have ever attended, we’ll literally do anything and everything you need so you can enjoy your new place without all the stresses that usually come along with moving.
