Bryan Rich
Bryan T Rich was the former Vice Chairman of Sunbelt Rentals Inc from September 2006 until August 2007, and Co-Chairman and Executive Director of NationsRent Companies, Inc. from June 2003 until September 2006, after leading a buyout of the company, with an investor group, in 2003. Mr. Rich was the majority stockholder and President/CEO of Logan Equipment, Corp., for over 15 years. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Rich has owned, operated and developed numerous commercial businesses, investment properties and residential subdivisions in the New England area. He is a trustee of two real estate investment trusts and since 1998 has been the President of TREC, LLC, an active commercial real estate company. He is a co-founder of Commonwealth National Bank, based in Worcester Ma, and currently serves on the bank’s Board of Directors. Mr. Rich is a 1978 graduate of Boston College, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Management. He is currently an active advisor within the construction equipment and real-estate industry and is the President of the Ocean II Condo association in Sunny Isles, Florida, where he resides.

Rose brings over 28 years of office management and leadership to the team (26 Years at Logan Equipment Corporation / TREC LLC ). As our Vice President and Broker of Record (Real Estate Broker since 1978 and notary public) Rose handles all the behind the scenes work. Her experience in development, commercial, residential and rental properties enables NEDI to provide a diverse expertise in each field.

Anthony has worked in the family Construction and Real Estate business for over a decade. Anthony created Northeast to bring over 25 years of Construction, Development and Brokerage experience together under one roof. With a strong understanding of Construction, Design, Architecture and Brokerage; Anthony brings a multi – faceted knowledge base to the company. Anthony heads up the residential and development team at Northeast, all General Construction projects and restaurant/retail acquisitions.
Andrew Haddad

Andrew has successfully opened and ran three different businesses in the past 5 years in the Greater Boston Area. His entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude is an asset to everyone he meets. With experience in the financial, real estate, retail and entertainment world Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to our staff and our members. His current projects include I Boutique a Retail store on Bostons famed Newbury Street and Managing Partner of a Real Estate acquisition firm targeting distressed property in fringe areas of Boston.
Gavin Durni
Gavin heads up our Commercial and Development Team with a focus on Restaurant and Retail brokerage acquisitions on the buy, sell and rent side. His family’s presence in the development field has proven to be a true asset to the NEDI team as Gavin has brought a development mindset and knowledge base to all of our Retail, Restaurant clients. Gavin is also the president of Durni Companies LLC, a Real Estate and Internet investment holding company founded in December 2006.
